At TopBins Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review the following refund policy:
🔁 Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if you find the cards not to be in the condition expected

Items must be returned in their original condition — unopened, undamaged, and as received.

Graded cards, sealed products, and autographs must remain intact and unaltered to be eligible for a return.
💸 Refund Process

To start a return, please contact us first via topbinscardsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a full refund (excluding postage unless item is faulty) will be issued to your original payment method.
📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

We recommend using tracked postage when returning items, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

Cards sold as damaged or described “as is.”

Custom orders or personalized requests.

Shipping upgrades or international postage once dispatched.
💬 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund including postage.
