Terms & Conditions – Topbins Cards
1. General
By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both buyer and seller and ensure a fair and smooth transaction process.
2. Condition of Items

All cards are described as accurately as possible, with any known defects or flaws noted.

Card conditions are subjective; unless stated as graded by a third-party grading service (e.g., PSA, BGS), condition is based on our best assessment.

Please refer to provided images carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT if applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Postage & Delivery

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class by default (£0.87).

Postage upgrades (e.g., First Class, Tracked, Special Delivery) are available upon request at the buyer’s expense — please contact us before payment.

International shipping is available via Royal Mail International Standard. Tracked options are also available upon request.
5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds are issued upon safe return and inspection of the item.
6. Lost or Damaged Items

All cards are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail unless tracked postage was selected.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
7. Authenticity

All autographs, memorabilia, and product descriptions are genuine to the best of our knowledge and based on manufacturer guarantees (e.g., Topps, Panini).

Cards described as “certified autograph issue” are direct from licensed producers.
8. Data & Privacy

Any personal information provided is used solely to fulfill your order and is never shared with third parties.
